By Brett Barrouquere (September 13, 2021, 4:41 p.m. EDT) – Georgian telecommunications company CitySwitch will remain in a $ 2 million lawsuit accusing it of failing to pay an investment banker’s fees for its fundraising work for a project with AT&T, a North Carolina federal judge ruled on Friday.

U.S. District Judge Frank Whitney has denied that CitySwitch II LLC, its owner Robert G. Raville, and a consultant, Stephen E. Raville, dismiss the lawsuit brought by Charlotte-based William Clinton Bundy Jr. and the Bundy Group Inc. on a trade agreement.
